a. Virus that will be detected shall be quarantined or will be kept in a separate
  location if diagnosed un-cleanable until such virus remover will be available.
b. Viruses will be deleted if diagnosed uncleanable and is considered a threat
  that will infect other workstations in the network.

  (Operating System / MS Office) of client if needed.
  3.) Detection and troubleshooting of faulty peripherals

  6.) Configuration for optimal performance
